Integrated Turf & Lounge

An unfinished shell became a complete golf and entertaining room, with layered turf, a replaceable hitting strip, architectural lighting, trim, displays, and a comfortable lounge zone.

Lower-Level Simulator

A wide-open lower level was reframed as a dedicated simulator room with full-floor turf, a built-in impact screen, projector, display, and trim designed around the existing ceiling and sightlines.
